1. About LootZy

LootZy is an online store that resells digital codes and top-up services. Products are supplied by authorised partners and delivered electronically; nothing is shipped physically.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

3. Orders and delivery

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Codes are normally delivered automatically within seconds and are shown on the order page and sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Please check the email address and the product details (platform, region, denomination) before paying. We cannot change them after delivery.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are made with the cryptocurrencies and payment methods offered at checkout.

A cryptocurrency payment is final once it is confirmed on the network. Network fees, exchange rates and delays outside our control are not our responsibility.

5. Regions and compatibility

Digital codes are often limited to a region, platform or account type. Each product page states where a code works. Buying a code that does not match your account or region is your responsibility.

6. Using the codes

Codes are for personal use. You must not resell, share or publish codes in a way that breaks the terms of the publisher or platform. Once a code has been displayed to you it is considered delivered.

7. Refunds and replacements

Faulty or unusable codes are replaced or refunded as described in our Refund Policy. Codes that have been redeemed or revealed cannot be refunded.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for anything unlawful or abusive. In particular, you must not:

• use stolen payment methods or give false information;
• attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the website or other users’ accounts;
• use the service for money laundering, fraud or the evasion of sanctions.

9. Accounts

You can buy without an account. If you create one, keep your login details safe: you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud.

10. Intellectual property

The LootZy name, logo and website content belong to LootZy or its licensors. Product names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the products.

11. Limitation of liability

We supply products and the website “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for actions of publishers and platforms such as account bans or changes to a product.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
